1 – What is CBD?
CBD stands for Cannabidiol. It is one of more than 150 naturally occurring compounds (aka “cannabinoids”) in Cannabis Sativa plants. Two different methods of growing Cannabis Sativa plants are used:
It is also known as “industrial hemp”, which has a lower than 0.3% THC level. It is therefore a federally legal crop.It is also known as “marijuana”, which can contain up to 30% of THC. THC is the psychoactive component of cannabis. It can also cause the “high” sensation in larger amounts.
2 – What are cannabinoids exactly?
Cannabinoids, chemical compounds that interact to receptors in the Endocannabinoid System’s (ECS), are cannabinoids. The ECS plays an important role in controlling sleep, inflammation, mood and overall homeostasis (a body’s state of balance). The endocannabinoids are cannabinoids that our bodies naturally produce. Phytocannabinoids are the name for CBD and cannabinoids derived from Cannabis Sativa plants. Phytocannabinoids increase our ability to produce more of our OWN endocrinoids.
3 – Can scientific CBD research be done?
Yes. There are hundreds of independent research studies that have confirmed CBD’s effectiveness. Its effects on mood, substance abuse disorders, and improving chronic sleep patterns, as well as hardening bones after a fracture, are all documented in hundreds of independent research studies. Although clinical CBD research in the United States is still relatively new, there are often new studies. There are more uses of cannabinoids every day.
4 – What is “full-spectrum product”?
CBD can help reduce discomfort and improve mood. It’s only one of 140 cannabinoids found in the Cannabis Sativa strain. CBN, CBG and CBC are all examples of cannabinoids found in industrial hemp strains, giving them the “full spectrum” label. Full-spectrum products solve more problems than just pure CBD oil roll on. Because CBD is best when it is surrounded by other cannabinoids in the plant, even if they are in small quantities, this makes sense. This chemical reaction is also known as the “ensemble effect” or “the entourage effects. It means that cannabinoids work in concert to accomplish their goals.
5 – How do I use CBD effectively
It may take some experimentation to find the right dose. Imagine yourself climbing up a hill to begin your CBD journey. You want to reach the top (or your desired peak result), without going too far or heading back down (losing the desired feeling). We recommend starting with 10mg CBD daily using either our Daily Drops capsules or Softgel capsules in the evening. To achieve your “sweet spot”, or maximum result, increase your daily dosage as necessary. We recommend keeping a diary to record the subtle effects of CBD. It is helpful to keep track of your starting point. This will help you understand how your body responds to dosage changes.
